Premiere Global's Communications Operating System Empowers Rogers Wireless Subscribers with New Mobile Conferencing Technology

Premiere Global’s ConferenceAnywhere Application Brings Industry-Leading Conferencing Capabilities to the Handheld

ATLANTA, GA, October 15, 2007 - Premiere Global Services, Inc. (NYSE: PGI), a global provider of on-demand business process improvement solutions, today announced it has entered into a strategic alliance with Rogers Wireless, the wireless voice, data and messaging division of Canada’s leading communications and media company, Rogers Communications, Inc.(TSX: RCI; NYSE: RCI).

As part of the agreement, Rogers Wireless hasutilized Premiere Global’s open standards APIsto integrate the mobile business application, ConferenceAnywhere, directly from the Premiere Global Communications Operating System (PGiCOS) into its wireless offerings, enabling Rogers’ subscribers to easily host and control an audio conference call from their BlackBerry® or other handheld device.

Premiere Global’s proprietary ConferenceAnywhere technology provides Rogers Wireless subscribers with a market leading personal and secure conferencing service for up to 15 simultaneous participants. The ConferenceAnywhere application, which can be accessed and activated directly from a subscriber’s handheld device, provides advanced conferencing features within the existing mobile device menu. These features include “two-click” initiation of a multi-party conference call, as well as the ability to easily invite additional participants to join the call, direct dial-out to participants, call locking functionality for added security, call recording for later playback, and many more.

The service is available for Rogers Wireless’s seven million subscribers, and charges are incurred on a subscriber’s current monthly wireless bill. Rogers customers may sign up for ConferenceAnywhere through their DoMore mobile business application portal.
