(NYSE: PGI), a global provider of on-demand communication technologies-based business process improvement solutions, today announced it has integrated and upgraded its industry leading ReadyCast® Web collaboration and data sharing application, powered by WebEx with ReadyConference® GlobalMeet®. ReadyCast now has an easy-to-use, customizable user interface, making it an ideal solution for small to medium sized conference and collaboration calls. For customers who utilize Web conferencing to meet with participants outside the US, GlobalMeet provides international toll free and local access worldwide and is integrated into ReadyCast for simple scheduling.
ReadyCast combines the clear audio quality of an automated ReadyConference Plus or GlobalMeet call with the collaboration capabilities of the Web. Ideal for small, interactive meetings, ReadyCast offers the ability to add visual presentations, white boarding, Web tours, live demos, chat, polling and application sharing to a ReadyConference Plus or GlobalMeet conference call. ReadyCast is completely automated and available around the clock, which means users can launch and host a conference anytime, anywhere, making it the perfect tool for spur-of-the-moment meetings as well as those meetings that are scheduled ahead of time.
Integration with GlobalMeet enables ReadyCast users to include international toll and toll free conferencing numbers in meeting invitations and within the WebEx meeting console. Easier than ever to use GlobalMeet in conjunction with ReadyCast, the upgraded ReadyCast, powered by WebEx now offers:
