CORRECTING and REPLACING Premiere Global Services' Data Communications Unit Successfully Completes SAS 70 Type II Audit

Feb 9, 2006

ATLANTA, GA, February 09, 2006 - Premiere Global Services, Inc. (NYSE: PGI), a global outsource provider of business process solutions, today announced its Data Communications business unit has successfully completed the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No.70 Type II audit. This audit of controls related to the processing of automated data management and delivery solutions, and related general computer controls, for Data Communications' processing locations in the U.S. (New Jersey), U.K. (York), Australia (Sydney), Japan (Tokyo) and Korea (Seoul) was issued with no material exceptions identified.

The SAS 70 audit focused on several key Data Communications' systems and processes, including capacity planning, information systems operations, information security, application and database change control, network support and system software management. We believe that the successful completion of this audit provides our Fortune 500 clientele with an independent examination of applicable internal controls surrounding transactions processed by Data Communications and will assist our clients in feeling confident that we maintain a consistent, stable and secure environment for the services we provide.

"Voluntary compliance with the SAS 70 audit throughout our global network is a key strategic component of our continuing success with security-sensitive and regulated organizations," said Lee Provow, President, Data Communications, Premiere Global Services, Inc. "Premiere Global is committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of our enterprise customers' data and, to that end, we believe that this audit validates the thorough technology and business controls we have implemented."

This press release corrects and replaces Premiere Global Services' February 1, 2006 release, which indicated that the Company as a whole, rather than its Data Communications unit, had completed the SAS 70 Type II Audit.
