Colyer to its Board of Directors. Mr. Colyer is a principal and partner in The Breckenridge Group, Inc., an Atlanta-based investment banking firm, and has more than twenty years of financial experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions primarily in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Colyer, who qualifies as an independent director, fills the directorship created when the Company recently increased the size of its Board to eight directors from seven.

Additionally, the Company has appointed Michael Havener as interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Havener has served in various financial capacities at Ptek Holdings since 1997, including, Manager of Strategic Development, Corporate Controller and he currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Premiere Conferencing. Previously, Mr. Havener, a Certified Public Accountant, spent five years with a Big Four accounting firm.
