Premiere Global launched this easy-to-use touch-screen collaboration application specifically to benefit the more than 40 million iPhone users looking for a better way to meet.

Developed to simplify the business collaboration experience, PGi Mobile enables meeting hosts to launch a meeting with a single click instead of searching for phone numbers and logins. PGi Mobile can search stored contacts so the host can invite and dial-out to instantly connect with attendees. In addition to allowing the host to view who is on a call and who is speaking, PGi Mobile easily accesses meeting features like recording, extra security and volume control through the touch screen interface.

PGi Mobile, which is a free app in the iTunes store and the first iPhone audio meeting app of its kind, – reinforces Premiere Global’s commitment to delivering world-class collaboration tools intended to engage its users no matter where they are – on the road, in an airport or while telecommuting. Premiere Global will launch later this year the next iteration of PGi Mobile to provide the same collaboration application for Blackberry users.
